Cancellation Policy
Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Followerheld

Benjamin Markovic, Augustastr. 50, D-45888 Gelsenkirchen, Email: [email protected], Phone: 0176 / 30592568) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

The right of withdrawal does not exist for the following contracts:

 * Contracts for the provision of services, including financial services, whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that are beyond the control of the entrepreneur and that may occur within the withdrawal period, especially services related to shares, units in open-ended investment funds within the meaning of § 1(4) of the German Capital Investment Code, and other marketable securities, foreign exchange, derivatives, or money market instruments.

 * Contracts for the provision of services in the areas of accommodation for purposes other than residential purposes, transportation of goods, car rental, delivery of food and beverages, and for the provision of other services related to leisure activities, if the contract provides for a specific date or period for the provision.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have fully performed the service and have begun to perform the service only after you have given your express consent and have simultaneously confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon complete fulfillment of the contract by us.
